Tequila Bomb Hot Sauce

A smooth hot sauce blended with three of our favourite peppers.
This is a spicy sauce given a smooth finish from Tequila. For those that like a sharp hit from a good dose of added cider vinegar. It bombs its way through greasy fatty food we all love and it’s perfect for wings. Add it to a charcuterie tray as it compliments cheese or pop it onto your pizza slice.

A beautifully coloured smooth but thick hot sauce. Brings the heat and warmth of the south to your mouth. Cut with Jack Daniels it is slightly sweet and wants to be slathered onto BBQ’d ribs or added to a Ruben sandwich. Also great dolloped on a heaping plate of nachos. Its fruitiness begs to be brushed on to white fish fillets or slathered on slabs of tofu that is then grilled. Delicious mixed through hot plain rice with fresh parsley and pine nuts. So pretty it is almost too good to eat!
